 Harvest Festival 2nd Annual BBQ Contest Sponsored by Ed Staub & Sons
Saturday, October 25th at the Eastern Oregon Livestock Show grounds!
This is a competition for Professionals and Amateurs! Separate judging and prizes for each class.
You can cook anything you like - prizes are First, Second and Third for each Professional and Amateur categories.
You supply your own grill, food and fuel. Each contestant may enter one meat or vegetable dish. Anyone using Propane will receive a special discount from our sponsor.
We are asking for a $25 entry fee for our professional contestants, and $15 for amateurs. The money will go for prizes and to make this event self-sustaining in the years to come.
Professional contestants are allowed to shamelessly promote their own business in any way they see fit. Amateurs are encouraged to dress up their cooking station - showmanship will help with the judges!!
We will supply space under cover for contestants and their cooking team. We will open the area early for those who need extra time to set up, prepare and cook their entry.
